My Realty Butler is a Costa Rica-based commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in hospitality properties. Founded by Wagner Loría, who brings more than 20 years of experience in tourism, hospitality, and commercial real estate, the firm represents hotel owners and investors in the acquisition and sale of operating hotels, development land, and related commercial assets.
The firm is registered with SUGEF, Costa Rica’s financial authority, and PROCOMER, the country’s foreign trade promotion agency. My Realty Butler manages exclusive listings and off-market opportunities while working with independent hotel owners, private investors, developers, operators, and international hotel brands.
What We Do
We provide investment advisory, brokerage, and buyer or seller representation services throughout Costa Rica. Our work combines local market knowledge, transaction support, and commercially focused analysis to help clients evaluate opportunities, manage risk, and complete hospitality real estate transactions with confidence.
